Nikken was hosting a global celebration for all sales members. There would be speakers, product launches, and general sessions for members. A microsite was requested for this event, which needed to provide information, be a landing page for marketing campaigns as well as be easily updated as details were finalized.
A countdown was displayed on the hero banner of the microsite to build excitement around the event. Colors, imagery, and font styles were pulled from approved printed material.
I took this idea from conception to development to launch, with IT providing a secure link to sign up and purchase the event ticket.
Nikken was launching a new product, Ten4, a natural energy drink. The Creative Director proposed an idea for a microsite to build excitement and brand awareness around the new product, but left me to develop a concept to be reviewed by the executive team. The Project Brief outlined product copy and information requirements, written by the Creative Director. My concept was to showcase the product in realistic, everyday use scenarios due to past promotions usually displaying products on people who had very active lifestyles.
I created and developed the B2C website along with my lifestyle photographs and other requirements to launch alongside the product in 2014. Sales members and marketing campaigns linked to or directed customers to the website to gain product awareness, nutritional information, facts, and how-tos on Ten4.
